Rates

The Coo Hoose Sleeps 4 people in total, however we can accommodate 5 if the fifth is an infant. There is a King size bedroom and a smaller twin.

Short breaks start from £195 per night and 7 nights starts from £1365. The property sleeps 4.

Short breaks are very welcome and the rates are opposite, with a minimum of 4 night stay. Although we do not offer a Bed & Breakfast facility for our guests the accommodation has a spacious open plan accommodation and excellent facilities.

Terms & Conditions

The only request we have is your arrival is after 4 o’clock in the afternoon and your departure is by 10 o’clock in the morning, this is to give us time to prepare The Coo Hoose for the next guests. We are very flexible so should you require a different time or need to drop your bags off please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We are flexible about short break bookings to suit your holiday requirements, however there is a minimum of  4  night stay. You may stay for less but you will be charged at the 4 night rate. Short breaks are not available during the festive holidays.

Christmas and New year breaks are available and there is a minimum of 7 nights and any dates booked are at the owners discretion and the rate listed.

All bedding, towels and household cleaners are provided at no extra cost.

Central heating oil for under floor heating and hot water is provided.

Children of all ages are welcome.  We can accommodate 5 if the fifth is an infant.

We are pet free -Sorry NO DOGS.

NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere within the property.

Payment and Cancellations

10 % deposit is required to secure any booking. The remaining balance is required 4 weeks before your stay.  Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival will incur the deposit fee as forfeiture.

Payments will be made cheque or bank transfer.  You can find us in Airbnb should you want to pay by card.

The only other information we require is your address, mobile and home telephone numbers and the expected number of guests in your party.

Confirmation of your booking will be provided following the receipt of cleared funds.

Please note refunds will not be made following receipt of full payment.

Cancellations or owners liability under no circumstance will exceed the rental paid for The Coo Hoose.

We reserve the right to request any client to vacate the property, should we be concerned about health and safety or upkeep or suspect you are exceeding the capacity of the property.
